A family owned business, Don and Teresa Busse will share their love of Prince of Wales Island, the outdoors and adventure with you as their hosts.
When Teresa and I moved to Prince of Wales Island in search of hunting (me) and adventure (her), we had no idea what to expect.
Over 35years later, we look back and agree it was the best decision we've ever made. The island captured our hearts with it's breathtaking views, bountiful wildlife, and down-to-earth people.
Don
My passion for hunting began with my first Daisy Red Ryder BB gun and has continued for over 65 years! The magnificent views from the top of mountains and the challenge to spot and stalk a monster buck keeps me dreaming of hunting season all year long. Teresa has threatened to enrolled me in "hunter anonymous" if I try to sneak one more animal on the wall..
Teresa
Teresa is not one to turn down an adventure and is an Alaskan women through and through. She stays busy berry picking, camping, and hiking, but not a moment goes by where she wouldn't rather be in a kayak. Teresa has had many kayak adventures and has many stories to share.
